Is this really safe for my child?

Yes. Mirror Story is COPPA-conscious. Children never create accounts. Stories and situation details are saved under the parent account, and trusted service providers receive only the minimum needed to generate story, illustration, and narration content.

What is the Story Bundle?

A one-time purchase of 15 single stories that never expire. Use them at your own pace - no subscription required. Story Series and connected series nights are included with Pro.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. No hidden fees, no penalties.

What is your refund policy?

Pro cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep full access until then. No refunds for partial months. Story Bundle purchases are non-refundable. Contact contact@mirrorstory.app for billing issues.

What is the story limit?

Free: 1 story. Story Bundle: 15 stories, no daily limit. Pro: 25 stories per month, no daily limit. Unused monthly Pro stories reset at the end of each billing cycle.

Can I delete all my data?

Yes. Visit our Data Deletion page to permanently remove all your data including stories and child profiles. This cannot be undone.
